Dubai boosts Stansted long-haul connections
27 September 2012
Long-haul connections from Stansted Airport will be boosted next month when Pegasus Airlines adds a new service to Dubai. The popular Emirate will be the 4th Middle East connection from Stansted for Pegasus, joining existing destinations Tel Aviv, Tehran and Beirut.
Flights will operate via Istanbul four times a week and with fares as low as £152.65 one-way - including taxes and charges - and total flying time of just over seven hours, this will be a very popular service for price conscious business and leisure travellers.
Passengers can also take advantage of the twin centre connection, taking in the Turkish delight of Istanbul en-route to the Eastern promise of Dubai.
Welcoming the connection, Stansted’s Head of Airline Relations, Mark Souter said:
“We’re thrilled that Pegasus Airlines continue to open up new and exciting long-haul connections from Stansted.
“Dubai is a very exciting destination for business and leisure travel and I have no doubt this new service will be a very popular link for Pegasus.”
Flights begin 18th October 2012. To book a Dubai connection from Stansted visit www.flypgs.com
