Essex Chamber Of Commerce Wins Airport Award

25 Jan 2009

The Essex Chambers of Commerce received a top award from BAA Stansted this week.

The Chamber picked up the 'business partner' prize - part of the Airport's Awards for Excellence scheme - for their outstanding work with the airport.

Denise Rossiter and John Clayton, from the Chamber, collected the prize from BAA Stansted's MD, Stewart Wingate and head of public affairs, Ashley Riley, at the airport's Enterprise House.

Ashley Riley, head of public affairs and communications, said:

"I am delighted to present this award to John and Denise. They consistently give outstanding service, always going the extra mile to support Stansted Airport. We've worked in partnership on a number of projects and we look forward to working together again at the Stansted Meet the Buyers event in February."

Awards for Excellence is a scheme to recognise, reward and celebrate outstanding achievements across Stansted and it's business partners.
