YO! Sushi Takes Off At London Stansted Airport

Passengers travelling from London Stansted Airport this summer are now able to experience a taste of Toyko with YO! Sushi. The elegant dining experience is sited in a central location within the international departures lounge and is available to all passengers departing from the airport.

Customers are able to enjoy a wide variety of Japanese inspired dishes from the YO! Sushi's trademark "Kaiten" conveyor belt, including soups, traditional sashimi, rice and noodle based dishes, salads and hot classics like chicken katsu curry and prawn yakisoba noodles.

YO! Sushi also features three "To-Go" fridges, to meet the anticipated high-level of demand for takeaway food.

Zoe Farmer, London Stansted's Head of In-terminal retail said,
