Our approach

Our goal is ensure that the economic benefits generated by Stansted Airport are as great as possible and that those benefits are felt locally and regionally.

To do this we provide employment, education, business development and supplier opportunities in the local community. As part of this approach we work in partnership with business leaders, business organisations, individual companies, voluntary organisations and educational providers to promote airport employment opportunities and the development of basic skills and learning activities to help jobseekers.
