Our people are our greatest asset. We strive to foster a work environment where people are treated fairly, have the opportunity to learn and grow and are supported in giving their best to our passengers and airlines.
We also encourage greater diversity means that Stansted will benefit from a broader cultural resource and will better understand the needs of our diverse customers.
Our approach
In 2007 we focussed on supporting our staff with the tools, skills and knowledge they need to perform in an increasingly competitive regulatory, economic and political landscape. This meant being more specific about our ways of working and the standards and results we expect, as well as recognising and celebrating outstanding performance when these standards are achieved. To do this we:
