Make the final report of the emissions inventory and the dispersion modelling available to Uttlesford District Council (UDC) by 31 December 2006.
Undertake continuous monitoring of oxides of nitrogen and fine particulate matter throughout the year, and provide the results to UDC.

Water1 To initiate improvements in water quality monitoring, with installation of new monitoring equipment and to initiate additional water sampling, including a new biological monitoring programme. Target achieved
Waste1 To recycle at least 26% of airport waste between April 2006 and March 2007. No progress
Biodiversity and archaeology1 Identify 0.5 hectares of land that can be enhanced for improved ecological value in line with Stansted’s biodiversity management plan. Target achieved
Surface transport1 To complete the construction of the PTI (bus & coach station) by 31 May 2007. Target achieved

Health and safety2 Consolidate effective management leadership at Stansted by conducting thorough reviews of performance and compliance. This will be done via governance meetings that complement the emerging management structure at the airport.
