Mike was appointed Chief Operating Officer, BAA Heathrow in September 2008. Previously Mike was Chief Operating Officer at London Underground Limited. He joined the management development programme at London Underground Limited in 1990 and held various senior director roles before he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this Mike was in Brand Management for Ranks Hovis McDougall plc. Mike joined BAA with a proven track record of managing change and delivering real improvements in a commercial and politically sensitive environment, with the ability to drive performance to rapidly achieve results.
