Baggage reclaim

Baggage reclaim iconAfter passport control, follow the arrivals signs to the baggage reclaim area. Look for your flight number on the information screens to find out which carousel you need, and wait for confirmation that it is ready. There may be luggage from more than one flight on each carousel, so please be patient and try not to block access for others.

Trolleys are available in the baggage reclaim area. There are trolley drop-off points in the terminals, car parks and entrances to rail and bus stations.

Baggage handling and delivery is the responsibility of the airlines from the point of check-in to the point of collection. Please contact your airline with any enquiries about your baggage, or if you have left anything on an aircraft or an airline bus.

Some airlines subscribe to a replacement service for baggage which has been damaged in transit. For details please contact your airline.
