Need help with your baggage? Uniformed Skycap porters are at your service.

The porter service costs £7 for a standard amount of baggage.

Porters are available on the terminal forecourts and in baggage reclaim halls.

They can also be contacted via telephone help points, which can be found on the forecourts and in Short Stay car parks, baggage reclaim halls, the underground station and the central bus station.
