Baggage

After passport control, follow the arrivals signs to the baggage reclaim area. Check the monitors to see which carousel your flight number is using and wait for confirmation that it is ready.

Please remember to take care when lifting heavy bags and suitcases. All BAA airports have free baggage trolleys for your use and plenty will be available in the reclaim hall.

There may be luggage from more than one flight on each carousel, so please be patient and try not to block access for others.
