Extending a helping hand in Little Hallingbury

We were pleased to help fundraising to replace a temporary building at the Little Hallingbury Church of England School with a permanent one. The £10,000 contribution from the BAA Communities Trust will go towards this new building which will include two new classrooms.

Supporting specialist school status in Dunmow

The BAA Communites Trust supported the Helena Romanes school in Dumow's successful bid for specialist school status in Humanities with a £10,000 contribution.

Helping a health and safety initiative in the East of England

The Children's Safety Education Foundation is working with the East of England Ambulance service to undertake the Essex First Aid Challenge. To support this project the BAA Communities Trust donated £6,000 for educational guides which aim to raise awareness of health, safety and first aid for 1,000 local children.

Encouraging artistic achievement in Bishop's Stortford

Hockerill Anglo-European College in Bishop's Stortford was another recipient of of funds from the BAA Communities Trust. The school was granted £10,000 to help it update its professional music performance facilities, supporting its status as a specialist school in Music and Languages.
