This report sets out an analysis of responses to the BAA Consultation Document ‘Stansted Generation 2 - Rail Schemes Consultation: June 2007’ (the Rail Schemes Consultation Document). This document was produced on behalf of BAA to enable public review of proposals to develop rail improvement schemes as part of the overall surface access strategy to serve a second runway at Stansted Airport.
