Omniserv staff will assist passengers from the aircraft, through Immigration to the Baggage Reclaim Hall. Once you have collected your baggage Omniserv will assist you to your final point of onward travel such as car park, taxi rank, bus and rail station.
Upon arrival at London Stansted Airport, Special Assistance Passengers may be met by Omniserv staff with a minibus. This may collect passengers from other flights as well. This mini bus will then either drop passengers at a special assistance waiting area within the satellite or transport the passengers directly to a special assistance lift which connects directly with the immigration area. Please note only one family member can accompany a special assistance passenger on this mini-bus.
Passport control is the first port of call when looking to deal with immigration and passport issues.
This is clearly signposted upon arrival into the airport terminal and will provide information regarding European Union (EU)*, European Economic Area (EEA), British nationals and Swiss nationals, while a separate queue deals with all other nationalities.
After passport control, follow the arrivals signs to the baggage reclaim area and check the information screens to find the correct carousel.
Baggage trolleys are provided in the reclaim hall should luggage items exceed a certain amount. There are change machines in the international and domestic baggage reclaim halls, on the terminal forecourt and in the coach station in which to purchase a trolley.
