  • Requesting assistance prior to your journey

    If you require any assistance through London Stansted Airport, please ensure you make the necessary arrangements before you travel. Your airline or travel agent will take all necessary information from you regarding your assistance, and will inform the Passenger Services Team 48 hours ahead of your travel.

  • By wearing our Airport Awareness Wristband, it will discreetly indicate to our staff that you have a hidden disability and would like additional support. Our staff have been specially trained to recognise the wristbands and act accordingly by providing you with extra help you may need during your journey through the terminal. To pick up a wristband at London Stansted Airport, please go to our Information Desk located in the International Arrivals or fill in the below form a minimum of 48 hours before your flight.
