Our service provider Omniserv will assist passengers from the aircraft back to the terminal, through Immigration and on to the Baggage Reclaim Hall. Once you have collected your baggage Omniserv will assist you to your final point of onward travel such as a car park, taxi rank, bus and rail station.
Upon arrival at London Stansted Airport, passengers requiring assistance are met by a minibus, which will transport you directly back to the terminal building. You will arrive at the Assistance lobby to be directed straight through to immigration. Please note only one family member can accompany a special assistance passenger on the minibus. Other travelling companions will be asked to make their way with all other passengers to the terminal building.
Passport control is the first port of call once within the terminal. This is clearly signposted and has a dedicated lane which is for passengers requiring assistance.
After passport control, arrivals signs will direct you to the baggage reclaim area where you can check the information screens to find the correct carousel for your luggage.
Baggage trolleys are provided in the reclaim hall and require a £1 coin to operate. Change machines can be found in the baggage hall, on the terminal forecourt and in the coach station.
