Why use FastTrack?

Using FastTrack at London Stansted Airport has clear advantages. It lets you skip queues for a quick journey through Security and Passport Control.
This service suits everyone—from business travellers to weekend getaway seekers and those travelling with hand luggage only. FastTrack ensures a smooth experience at any time.

What payment methods are accepted?

MasterCard, VISA and American Express. 

How do I know that my booking has been accepted?

Once you’ve completed the booking process, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive it in your inbox, please check your junk folder. 

I'm travelling with family, can we all use the service?

Yes, FastTrack is a great time-saver for families. Each passenger will need to purchase a pass, including children. Please note that this service is not suitable for infants under three years old - you'll be automatically directed to the assistance lane at Security and Passport Control so do not need to book FastTrack. 

Can I book on the day of arrival, in advance, amend or cancel?

Yes, you can book FastTrack on the day and up to 12 months in advance, subject to availability. This service is popular, so we recommend booking as soon as possible!

What if the service is cancelled?

In rare cases where operational circumstances require us to cancel the FastTrack service, we'll provide a full refund.

However, if there's no queue in the standard lanes, you don't get a refund in this situation.

Who is eligible for Passport Control FastTrack?

Bookings must be made by someone aged 18 or over. Please note that FastTrack is not available for passengers arriving from Ireland, the United Kingdom, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands. You can purchase a maximum of 9 passes per booking.

Assisted Travel

If you require Assisted Travel at the airport, there's no need to book FastTrack services. Arrange assistance with your airline at least 48 hours before departure. They will inform our Assisted Travel Team and make sure you get the support you need.
