Pick-Up and Drop-Off
To pick up and drop off, use the Express Set Down area, located immediately outside the terminal building. Charges apply, so look out for the signage. Dedicated Blue Badge drop-off spaces are located in Zone C, the closest area to the Assistance Desk. A help point is also located within this area that connects to the Assistance Desk. If you need longer than the 15 minute period, please speak to one of our traffic marshals who will be able to provide further guidance
Travel by bus and coach
London Stansted Airport has a great selection of accessible bus and coach links, operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All bays are wheelchair accessible. Assistance is available to and from designated help points around the airport, including at the bus and coach station.
