Lost Property

If you’ve lost any belongings, then don’t worry! Here’s some useful contact details to help you get it back.

For any items left onboard the plane or hold luggage left in the baggage reclaim area, please contact your airline for more information.

If you've left anything behind in the terminal, contact Excess Baggage Company. Register your lost item with them, or visit their service desk and collection point in the international arrivals landside concourse (open 06:00 – 22:00).

If you’ve left any items at the airport train station or on board the train, please contact Greater Anglia for help.

Any items that are left within our car parks will be passed to Excess Baggage for safekeeping. However, if you’ve left anything on the bus to and from any of our car parks, please contact National Express.
