Airport parking made easy

Jetting off on a family holiday is a real adventure, whether it's your little ones' first time on a plane, or overdue bonding time with the parents.

But there’s a whole journey to do before you arrive at your destination – starting with your airport parking. Whatever assistance your family may need, we make it easy at London Stansted Airport. Convenient, accessible, and affordable parking options await…

Get to know your parking options

There are lots of Short Stay, Mid Stay and Long Stay parking options at London Stansted Airport, depending on the length of your trip. And if you book early you’ll get the best deal!

I want… to save money

Long Stay

Low cost and convenient, our Long Stay car park is ideal for trips of a week or more. Once you’ve parked up, hop onto the free shuttle bus and you’ll be at the terminal in no time.

JetParks

Seasonally closed from 4 November 2024 to 31 March 2025, JetParks is our super budget-friendly option. It’s great for families who want to keep their travel costs low! The car parks are slightly further away from the terminal buildings, but our free shuttle buses are just a short ride to check-in, and run every 15 minutes.

Meet & Greet

A family-favourite, Meet & Greet gives you a full parking service, so you can focus on your journey ahead. Pull up at a parking bay, drop your keys at reception, and one of our drivers will take care of the rest - then it’s just a short walk to check-in.

3 top tips for a seamless airport experience

Your airport experience may begin with parking, but there are many other ways we can support your travel experience, too.

Arrange assisted travel

We’re here to provide as much or as little assistance as you may need, from getting to the terminal from the car park to boarding your flight. If you require assistance, you'll need to arrange this with your airline (at least 48 hours before you travel). Your airline or travel agent will pass all of your information to the Assisted Travel team so that everything runs smoothly for you on the day.

If you’re travelling with a mobility aid, it will also need to be pre-booked with your airline. This just gives our staff an idea of its dimensions and weight, so that there are no delays when loading it onto the plane.

See all assisted travel details at the airport.

Fly through security

If you haven’t travelled for a while or have reduced mobility, you may have a few questions about the Security process, but there’s no need to worry. Stuck on what you can and can’t take through? Our ultimate guide to security tells you everything you need to know.

Our friendly Security staff are on hand if you need any help putting your luggage on the belt. And if you need to carry liquid medication (this must be accompanied with a medical note or prescription) in your hand luggage, simply let the officer know at the x-ray load area. They can then screen it through special equipment.

Explore our family-friendly restaurants

There are lots of family-friendly restaurants at the airport, which you can scope out before you arrive. Family favourites include Sunnyside Cafe, where the little ones can enjoy a range of breakfast delights, and The Camden, which has a cool kids' menu featuring delicious classics like bangers and mash!
