London Stansted Airport x AnadoluJet Istanbul Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

Promoter

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is MAG Airport Limited (registered in England and Wales under company number 11748654 and with its registered address as 6th Floor, Olympic House, Manchester Airport, Manchester, M90 1QX.

Prize

2. By entering this prize draw, you are in with a chance of winning a pair of return AnadoluJet flights from London Stansted Airport to Istanbul. (“Prize”).

3. There are 3 prizes to win in the draw (3 x return flights for two people).

4. The Prize is provided by AnadoluJet, a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines.

5. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. The Prize must be booked, and all travel must be completed before 31st May 2021.

7. The Prize is subject to availability at the time of the booking. AnadoloJet will do their very best to accommodate you on the dates you have selected but reserve right to offer alternative dates.

8. The Prize flights seats are subject to availability of space and commercial demand – there may be peak times during the year, such as public and religious holidays when travel is not available.

9. The Prize includes flights available only on AnadoluJet operated flights and no code share flights are available.

10. The winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same flights to redeem the Prize.

11. The Prize do not include travel insurance, spending money, accommodation nor transport transfers to and from the Airports.

12. If a winner cancels one or both flights, no alternative or further flights or Prize will be provided.

How to enter

14. This prize draw will run from 12:00hrs on 17th July 2020 (“Opening Date”) until 23:59hrs on 30th July 2020 (“Closing Date”).

15. All prize draw entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59 on the Closing Date. All prize draw entries received after the Closing Date will automatically be disqualified. 

16. Multiple entries are permitted per person.

18. The Promoter will not accept responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of the cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

19. The Promoter will not accept proof of postage or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.

20. By submitting a prize draw entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

22. To enter this prize draw you must be a UK resident, aged 18 years or over. 

23. This prize draw is not open to any employees of the Promoter or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw. 

24. By entering this prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoter may require you provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. 

25. Prize draw entries cannot be returned.

Announcing the winner

26. The winners will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. One winner per platform. The draw will take place no later than 1 day after the Closing Date and the winners will be announced on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram by being tagged the ‘Winner Announcement’ post/story or via direct message channels on these platforms on 31st July 2020 (“Announcement Date”).

27. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

28. The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement the direct message on channel on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.

29. A list of winner(s) will be provided on request.

Claiming the prize

30. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. 

31. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their prize within 30 of days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the eligible entries received before the Closing Date.

32. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.

33. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and their travel companion are available to travel and have valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the Flights.

Data Protection

34. If you are the winner of the prize draw, you agree that the Promoter and AnadoluJet may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this prize draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.

35. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter and AnadoluJet.

36. You further agree and consent to the Promoter sharing your details with AnadoluJet.

General

37. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

38. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

39. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to you arising from your entry or your acceptance of the Prize.

40. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network. 

41. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
